Guest Blogger Guidelines
You’re interested in writing a guest post for Barbaralicious? That’s great! I’m always happy to help fellow bloggers and give them a place to spread the word about their own blogs.
Here are some general rules that I follow in accepting guest bloggers:
#1 The Topic
The topic must fit to my target group. I think it’s normal to expect a guest blogger to have a look around and pitch a topic that fits to the blog. I’m sorry but I won’t accept pitches about camping, family travels, or all-inclusive resort vacations.
Please, check in advance if your desired topic has been covered before.
I don’t allow backlinks to commercial sites in guest blog posts. I make no exceptions on this.
Photos you send me for your posts must be your own. No creative commons photos from platforms like Unsplash! Also, I prefer landscape and only accept portait format in rare cases.
